02/07 (1) Taipei-Yangon 
                 
                  Arrive Taipei at 06:00am then connect CI7915 (12:20pm-15:10pm) to Yangon, the

                  former capital city of Myanmar. Transfer to the hotel. After fresh up at the hotel, you
                  may walk around the nearby market before dinner at the hotel.

02/08 (2) Yangon-Bagan                 
                  Early morning flight to Bagan (6T401 06:30a-07:50a). During its glorious golden age in

                  the12th century, there were 4 million pagodas in Bagan. Passing thru several massive
                  earthquakes & Mongols invasion makes Bagan declined in the end of 13th century and
                  left 4000 monuments nowadays. Upon arrival, we will stroll through the colorful local
                  market first, and then visit   Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 
                  11th Century as a religious shrine. Ananda Temple, one of the finest, largest, best-
                  preserved of all Bagan temples, architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple
                  with four impressive standing Buddha images. Kubyanukgyi Temple, with superb mural
                  paintings of jataka scenes. Afternoon visit to Myinkaba Village and observe the process
                  of traditional lacquer ware industry, one of Myanmar’s best known handicrafts and
                  Mingaba Gu Byaukgyi Temple, a temple noteworthy for its mural paintings. The
                  Archaeological Museum is also visited to view the beautiful Buddha images of bronze, 
                  stone and lacquer. Enjoy sunset over the site of one of the old ancient pagoda.

02/09 (3) Bagan-Mandalay
                  Morning flight to Mandalay (6T 401 08:50a-09:35a), visit Mahamuni Paya, revered as
                  one of the holiest pagodas in Myanmar, Kyauktawgyi Paya, a large Buddha image 
                  carved out of a single block of marble. Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace) not 
                  only famed for its traditional Burmese exquisite wood carving, it was once part of the
                  Palace complex. Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the world’s biggest book for its 729
                  marble slabs of Buddhist scriptures, in the evening, enjoy the sunset from Mandalay
                  Hill.

02/10 (4) Mandalay-Inle Lake                 
                  After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Heho(6T 402 08:50a-09:25a), 

                  Upon arrival at Heho airport, proceed by road to Inle Lake. This is the lake you will 
                  never forget in your Myanmar trip, we will take a long tail boat around these 13.5 
                  miles long and 7 miles wide lake. Lunch at a local restaurant built on stilts over the 
                  water. An afternoon excursion by boat on Inle Lake will include sights of the famous 
                  leg rowers, typical floating gardens, unique methods of fishing, village life, and 
                  magnificent scenery.

02/11 (5) Inle Lake                  
                  After breakfast, proceed to the Western Shore of Inle Lake, where a long stair path 

                  leads the way to the well hidden Inn Thein Pagoda complex and its market where you 
                  will meet Pa-O and Danu tribal people come down from the hill (on market days only). 
                  After lunch at local restaurant, visit are made to Phaungdaw OO Pagoda, the weaving 
                  village of Inpawkhon and Paper lamp factory where you can take the photo with the 
                  long neck women from the Paduang tribe.

02/12 (6) Inle Lake-Yangon
                  This morning, transfer to airport for flight back to Yangon (6T 402 09:40a-10:50a). Upon
                  arrival, transfer to the hotel for check in. After lunch, Visit Sule Pagoda, built over 
                  2,000 years ago; the magnificent reclining Buddha Chauk Htat Gyi, and a photo stop at
                  the Karawewik Hall, a “hamsa-bird-shaped” floating barge on Kanedawgyi Lake (Royal 
                  Lake), the Bogyoke (Scotts) Market, then to one of the world’s most spectacular 
                  monuments, the Shwedagon Pagoda.

02/13 (7) Yangon-Bangkok-Siem Reap                  
                  Take morning flight to Bangkok and connect flight to Siem Reap. The afternoon will be

                  at leisure. Please note that when we transit in Bangkok airport, we have to go thru the
                  security check point; please do not take anything not allowed in your carry-on 
                  baggage.

02/14 (1) Siem Reap                  
                  This morning, tour of the ancient city of Angkor by entering Angkor Thom from the 

                  South Gate. Visit the ruins at Bayon, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant 
                  Terraces and the Terrace of the Leper King. This afternoon, we will visit Ta Keo, Chau 
                  Say Tevada and Thommanon temples. Dinner will be served at local restaurant with 
                  Apsara Dance show. After dinner, we will visit the night market where harbors more 
                  than 100 shops and stalls offering souvenirs, handicrafts, jewelry, art and more, the 
                  atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.

02/15 (2) Siem Reap-Hanoi                  
                  Explore the Khmer Temples from the early Angkor period this morning.  After lunch, 

                  tour of Khmer Temple of Banteay Kdei with its rarely seen sculpted female deities, and 
                  the impressive Ta Prohm Temple, which is dramatically surrounded by the jungle. Early 
                  dinner at the hotel, transfer to Siem Reap airport for departure to Hanoi (VN844 
                  19:50p-21:30p). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for overnight.

02/16 (3) Hanoi                  
                  Morning visit to Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, and his former residence, One-Pillar 

                  Pagoda, Temple of Literature. Lunch at Wild Rice restaurant.  Afternoon visit Old 
                  quarter of Hanoi, Ngoc Son Temple and Dong Xuan Market. In the evening, enjoy the 
                  performance at the renowned water puppet theatre, this is an unique Vietnamese 
                  traditional art, originates from rural festivals in Vietnam. The artist-men and women 
                  stand waist deep in the water to manipulate the puppets, making them move about, 
                  talk and laugh and even dance on the surface of the water. Dinner at Club D’oriental 
                  restaurant.

02/17 (4) Hanoi-Halong Bay-Hanoi
                  Early morning drive 160 km east of Hanoi to Halong, Arrive in Halong and board a junk 
                  for a 4 hour cruise. Halong Bay (Dragon descending to the sea) is listed by UNESCO in 
                  1994 as the World Heritage. Halong bay is famed to its breathtaking scenery with more 
                  than 3000 limestone islets rising from the clear emerald water. We will cruise thru the 
                  limestone cliffs and emerald waters to Hang Dau Go visiting huge cave consisting of 
                  three chambers that are reached climbing 90 steps. Seafood lunch on board. Return to 
                  Hanoi in the late afternoon. Dinner at the hotel.

02/18 (5) Hanoi-Taipei
                  Transfer to airport and take noon flight to Taipei.

02/19 (6) Taipei-Los Angeles                  
                  Morning, we will visit National Palace museum where has a collection of over 677,687 

                  pieces of ancient Chinese artifacts and artworks. The museum is ranked the 15th most 
                  visited museum in the world. The afternoon will be free for shopping (suggest to the 
                  famous Electronic market for the latest products). Farewell dinner will be served 
                  tonight before transfer to the airport for returning to our sweet home, Arrive L.A. on 
                  the same day.

All passports must have 6 months validity from the departure date of last stop to your home city. For this tour, the passport should be valid after August 20, 2011.

For those passport holders other than USA, we will check with related Consulate General for you.

For US passport holder, the visa procedure is:
1. Myanmar visa: we will send to Myanmar Embassy in Washington DC by FEDEX and normally it will take about 6 business day plus mailing time. Please provide      
     1. One completed application form with 2 photos,      
     2. One completed “Working History” form,      
     3. Passport.

Cambodia visa: we can get the visa upon arrival. Please provide:
     1. One complete Visa Application Form,       
     2. Passport,      
     3. One recent photo (4x6).

3. Vietnam visa: we will apply thru their Consulate General in San Francisco. Please provide
      1. Passport,      
      2. One completed visa application form,
      3. One 2x2 passport size photo.

4.
Taiwan visa: visa is not required for US passport holder if stay no more than 30 days.

Climate:

Although our impression that it is always hot in Southeast Asia, but in February, it could be cool in the night, especially in Inle Lake, sometimes it might approach to zero C in the night. The area we are going to visit in South East Asia, the weather is divided to Dry, Raining & Summer season, and the best season is Dry season which is from December to February.
